In partnership with families, our purpose is to create positive learning experiences within a comfortable, challenging, safe, and happy environment. We place strong emphasis on meeting individual needs, recognising diverse learning styles, and ensuring every child is supported to achieve success. Literacy, Numeracy and ICTs remain key priorities across our curriculum.
Our facilities include two air-conditioned learning areas and a modern Resource Centre housing both our library and computer lab. All teaching and learning resources are high quality and continually updated to support student learning.
We are fortunate to have an open-air hall that serves as a shaded play space during the day and a welcoming venue for special events. The school grounds feature a well-maintained tennis court, oval, junior and senior playgrounds, and beautiful shady trees that make our outdoor areas inviting and comfortable.
Osborne State School is supported by a committed and proactive Parents and Citizens Association. Our P&C plays an important role in enhancing learning by contributing to curriculum resources, subsidising camps and excursions, and encouraging active parent involvement in school life.
